If you want to entertain a larger group of people, or give your team a treat, The Bray Catering Company specialises in feasts for The Great Outdoors: Hog Roasts, Lamb Roasts, Barbecues and other fun dishes, served with a selection of freshly prepared salads and other accompaniments.

Cooked and prepared on your site

These menus can be prepared, cooked and served at your site - in the car park or even the little patch of grass at the back of the building . wherever you want!

A single hog roast will normally serve up to about 100 people, and can include a selection of freshly prepared salads, apple sauce, chilli jam, homemade stuffing, plus a full vegetarian option. Prices start from as little as £5 per head

A lamb roast up to 30 to 40 and a barbecue will cover any number.

Soup kitchen

Alternatively, from as little as £3 per head, our Soup Kitchen prepares and cooks a selection of fresh and delicious soups on your site. Each bowl of soup is a nutritious and full meal in its own right. Served with a selection of rolls, breads and condiments, this is a fun and cost-effective way to treat your staff to a quick and simple lunch - all prepared and served from any outside area - even your car park!

Other outdoor fun meals for large groups

We can also cook and serve other fun outdoor dishes such as Bangers 'n' Mash and barbecues, or even a full English breakfast! All cooked and served out in the open air.

Remember - all of these dishes can be served at private parties as well as corporate events.
